Shipping policy

Birdie Coffee Company - Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods Birdie Coffee Company offers various shipping methods to deliver our products to our valued customers. 

2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours after your order is placed. 

3. Shipping Times The actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method chosen, your location, and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, which are beyond our control. As such, we provide estimated delivery times as a guideline, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are flat-fee with us! Any order below $25 will incur a $4 flat-fee for shipping, anything above $25 will be free shipping.  You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Items In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Refund and Returns - Coffee Returns

For health and safety reasons, coffee products are not eligible for return. Please do not return the coffee to us. If you have questions or concerns about your order, contact our team, and we’ll review the situation with you.

If you’re unable to keep the coffee you received, we encourage you to consider donating it to local active service members, first responders, or veteran organizations. Please reach out to our team so we can ensure you’re taken care of appropriately.

Wrong Item Ordered or Received

We understand mistakes happen—whether it’s selecting the wrong grind (whole bean vs. ground) at checkout or an error during fulfillment.

If you received an incorrect item or believe there was a fulfillment error, please get in touch with us at info@birdiecoffeeco.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and get the correct coffee to you as soon as possible. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
